In front of Raahe´s many islands is Iso-Kraaseli. It is the second biggest island near Raahe. There is located our Willa Katariina. It was built in 1898 by Bengt Grönroos. In those days there was only this cottage and pilots house in this island. First Grönroos sailed with sailing boats to Island, but later on he used motorboat in the beginning of 1900.

Later on, in 1930, this cottage used to be a rest home, where Alma Salo treated clients with claybaths and massage. Cottage was famous by it´s beautiful garden.

In Willa Katariina we have 4 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room and two balconies. In front of cottage is a balcony in third floor, which gives you magnificent view to sea. In back of cottage is another balcony, also in third floor, there you can see a small lake behind cottage.

In beach we have a sauna and an old fashioned bathing tub. It takes only 5 minutes from mainland to this Island.
